Our next learning challenge this term will be 'Why is Brazil in the News again?'. In order for us to be ready for this could you research one topic on Brazil. For example the climate or capital. You can research anything about Brazil, but try not to research the football team as I can guarantee that half of you would research the same topic.

You could create a poster about this or write it out so that you can present this to the class for our first topic lesson when we are back.

As we are nearing the half term break I thought this would be quite useful. Within 100 words can you add the following.

Starting on Monday, our aim is to be awarded 3000 points on Mathletics. If all of us manage this by the end of the week then our class will have collated 90000 points in total which would put us on the leader board. We did really well with the 2000 point challenge, let's step it up a gear!!!
